Hi ... any help? This is not a normal problem? Yikes.

I got an alert that my emergency brake "would not engage" upon regular parking (not sure why it wanted to). Then when I drove, I could small a brake issue and now it says that it's engaged and won't release. Nearest Tesla service is 100+ miles away, would rather not get towed! Any suggestions??

Oh, yes, it has been over two weeks. Attempts made over the span of five or six different days.

Wow, this is really discouraging. I set it up on the app, sent a picture and got no reply from them. I have spent several hours trying to get a reply via email, web-based customer service, app, phone calls.

How did you set up the appointment? Did you just go in to a service center?
