Yes... when I stopped by on Monday there was hardly anyone there... so it's not like they're too busy... Now, I'm just hoping the car will not have any issues... and I can just drive it off and not worry about having to take it back... I'll let you guys know later on tonight :)

I called my Delivery Center this morning and they said the car was already here and was at an offsite lot. I was able to change my delivery day to this afternoon... You may want to call and see if you can get it sooner :)

There was Federal Tax Rebate of $1875 that expired at the end of 2019...

I think if you ordered before 12/8 they gave you the rebate...

People have said you can call your SA and have them change things to the available car... but someone else can order that car before your SA gets to it I'm guessing... So, you either definitely lose $100 but get your new car within a week (because even though the car says it's in Costa Mesa...

There are 3 SR+ model 3s in SoCal right now (2 in Costa Mesa + 1 in Palm Springs)... I would check nightly after midnight... I’ve been seeing them appear the last few days...

They even gave me a delivery date back in December... so I think I got screwed by Elon's NYE Freemont delivery event... But then again lots of other people didn't get their cars at the end of the year... Tesla should have been able to adjust that estimate on their ordering page on the fly...

I think when they say 4-7 weeks... they are giving a really general estimate and if you live in the right region at the right time in the quarter you may end up getting your car in 4 weeks... otherwise it ends up being closer to 7 weeks. But, they should either look at the location you're...

I got the text to schedule an appointment this morning and set things up for Thursday (earliest choice)... So it looks like the SoCal orders take about 3 days to pick up after first seeing the VIN in your source code... Good luck to everyone hunting for their VIN in the source code!!!

Congratulations!!! I just did the same! Mine is scheduled for Thursday :) No more VIN checks but soon I'm guessing we'll be checking the Tesla app multiple times a day to see how things are going with the car ;) Is it Thursday already?!?!?

I ended up stopping by at the Tesla Service Center and spoke with an SA and was told that my car will be out of the factory next week and I should be able to drive it by end of the week. According to the guy they ship the car right away and it takes about 8 hours to arrive at their facility...

I'm getting radio silence from my SA... I'm hoping since you're about to get yours (even though you ordered the same exact car 2 days after me in the same county) I may not be too far behind... :mad:

You should be able to argue to have them refund you that $100... it's clear that you were just trying to get one from the inventory before they all disappeared instead of waiting another month for your car. Plus, we both were told it'd be around 2 weeks (and I know it was an estimate but here...

Ready for delivery means ready for you to come pick it up in my book... My text today said "we now expect your Model 3 to be built in the next 2 weeks". So, I would consider that to mean leave the factory in the next 2 weeks...

They keep incrementally pushing the estimates further out instead of shortening them... I'm hoping we don't get another text next week saying... your delivery estimate is 1-3 weeks... and so on...:rolleyes:

Welcome to the daily (sometimes hourly) VIN Number checkers club... When and what config did you order? It seems like most of the SoCal deliveries will be happening in March... I ordered back in December so I assumed it'd be earlier for me, specially since it said 2 week estimated delivery...

I am not crazy about the aero wheels myself and notice most people are taking the "hubcaps" off... but yea... another month or so of wait could be $2500 cheaper... Decisions decisions... :) Good luck!
