When you went in for service at Fremont, did you need/receive a loaner vehicle? Wondering what to expect, as I have read that they do not provide loaners at all any more...

We picked up in Fremont, and have scheduled a service appointment in Fresno, but will be staying in the bay area longer. Did you take yours to the Fremont SC, and if so, did you get a loaner?

Mine downloaded today too - on its own... installed it this afternoon.

Ours popped up again, too. Got the download later that night and it said it was ready to install the next morning. Went from 2020.11.103.5 to 2020.24.6.4 in one update.

Somehow, mine must have re-downloaded last night. It now wants to install, it says about 25 minutes. I’ll let hubby do the honors, lol! We are taking an Uber to go kayaking with our grandson later this morning, so won’t need the car.

Mine too - it's stuck at 100%. "Second attempt completed. Now on 2020.24.6.4 1 week after delivery" How were you able to try again?

We didn't get names of the two guys we saw out there - it really was contactless. One guy with a rag said we could just accept delivery and we were free to go, just to report any concerns within 100 miles. Another guy took our picture with our grandson when he saw us parked in the aisle taking...

We are in the same boat here. Fully paid, they made sure of that. That's all that mattered.

206xx here - got the home delivery text and email, called and was told to reply to the email that we did not want delivery. Talked to an inside delivery person out of Las Vegas, verified pick-up at the factory, and now crickets...

Just spoke to an SA at Fremont - she said this text just means that our delivery (pick-up) date will be on the 30th, and we will receive another text with a time.

I found my MVPA last night, and just got the same text about an hour ago. VIN is still not in source code. I paid by ACH this morning, and finance is already arranged for the rest. SA says "You will get car before 7/1. Our delivery team will contact you to let you know the date." Maybe Tuesday...

Thanks for posting this! We had our financing through them pre-approved for 2.49%, will contact them ASAP (we just got our VIN in MVPA) for new 1.86% - saw I missed the email in my inbox yesterday. We've financed through them for multiple vehicles because they consistently have the best rates!

I just found my VIN via MVPA, not in source code. I also ordered White/White/20”/LRAWD, on 4/5. I figured it wasn’t going to be this month, even after all the texts. VIN is 206xx. Picking up in Fremont soon!
