Just reading through your thread- I'm six and a half weeks since order and I've spoken to two people at my delivery center and a third on Tesla chat and no one seems to know anything. There isn't anything in my account that should be holding up my order. I hope you have better luck.

Log into your Tesla account page and click on the "Manage" button for your order. On the order summary page, it should list the VIN underneath your reservation number.

If you look at the order tracker sheet, RWD pre-orders only make up about 10% of the orders. That's not many at all. And it seems really unlikely to me that they'd do a special production run to make a few thousand cars at most.
