I did send them the link to the video. I think they viewed it. I've had other NVH(noise vibration hardness) problems they would not address unless they witnessed in person, regardless of if I've submitted a link with a video of it prior to visit.

I'm suspecting its the radiator fan assembly, looking at ebay posting of the fan assemblies, I see that there are metal clips on some of the fan blades, probably to balance it. I'm wondering if one of those moved or got loose and knocked the fan out of balance. I scheduled an service request...

I've noticed if my phone is in my back pocket, the unlock may not work until I physically turn my body towards the car and point the phone. Never happens if the phone is in my coat or front pant pocket. The human body being mostly water makes it a great attenuator for Bluetooth signals
