I received this error and took my car into the SC - they ran a diagnostic test and said the error has been triggering erroneously on M3s and should be fixed with a future firmware update.

Update: Had my car towed to the service center. They said they ran a full diagnostic test, and that nothing was wrong with the car. Apparently this is a known issue with the model 3 (electrical power reduced error popping up when nothing’s wrong) and it should be resolved with a future firmware...

I received the VCFRONT_a192 error message today. Took delivery on my M3 Feb 2020 and have less than 5k miles on the car. LR AWD. Made a service appointment and the earliest date is 12/28. Hoping to hear from the SC and get an earlier appointment and a tow to the SC. Can update as I hear back.

Mine was super early - in LA and ordered it on 2/8, was ready 2/11 even tho I was told 5-8 weeks. My sales contact said it was likely that because I uploaded my information right away, I get bumped up in line and got a car that was produced for someone else but their paperwork wasn’t complete...

So I was just told by a sales rep that if you fill out your info quickly after you place the order, you can be bumped up in the production line. So the license info, registration and insurance (pic of current for CA or for Model 3).

I ordered my Model 3 on Monday 2/3 and just got a text today that it’s ready to pick up on Saturday 2/8. Weird because when I ordered, the estimate was 5-7 weeks and this was barely 5 days. I’m in CA so maybe that’s why...but strangely fast.
