This has been a problem for me quite a bit. The cold weather made it near impossible to open the car. Worse yet, once I got the door open, the hinge that open/closes the door was stuck in the open position, so the door wouldn't close, just stuck open. Had to wait for it to thaw a bit before driving.

Scary. By chance, are the windows tinted?

Has anyone experienced windows cracking as a result of the tinting? I ask because I've seen some posts that made me concerned, specifically when the external temp is cold but car temperature being much warmer. From the posts I've seen, it is the rear window that primarily is the culprit.

See my post above. Your pictures are an exact match the damage that occurred to my vehicle. The PH level affects only the trim on the rear window panel. All other areas use a different material, hence why you see the cloudy/matte finish occurring there.
