Yeah the whole process has been very frustrating, you get bounced from one company to the other with neither really telling you much! Literally the first contact I had from Tesla was the call to say come and get it on Monday!

Just had the call from Tesla! Will be picking up my M3P at 11am on Monday. Ordered at the beginning of Feb through Zenith. 5 weeks between order and pickup, pretty amazing turn around. Charger is only being installed on Monday, I hope it works!!!!!

You are not alone, I had the exact same issues today except with Zenith not Leaseplan. I haven’t even been able to order the Tesla charger! I’m getting my car around the 11th March which I’m delighted about but I need a charger to be able to charge it with!

Update! Delivery date has updated to 11th March in my zenith account so am now trying to get the RN number so that I can order the charger and sort delivery with Tesla. Still not even got a Tesla account yet so I guess I can create an account and link the RN to it?!

How did you get your RN number? I’m yet to receive mine.

Completely agree. For a tech company they are pretty archaic in some of their processes!

You can now call Tesla and quote the RN and they should be able to update you on where your order is.

Agreed, I ordered through Zenith on the 7th Feb, this was then apparently passed to Tesla on the 13th but I haven’t got any RN number or even a Tesla Account setup email yet. Should hear from Tesla by the end of next week, whatever that means! I’ve been told June so I just need to be patient...

I was told the same thing today by Zenith. Was told that Tesla don’t give the RN numbers to zenith and that Tesla themselves will give me the RN number. Patiently waiting.

Waiting on a performance model ordered via zenith on Feb 7th as a company car. Expecting to have to wait until June, currently no estimated delivery date or even an RN number.
