Just heard back from the Tesla Customer Service folks. Their reply was that based on my VIN I had the right version of firmware. So, I guess we just wait. For what it's worth, I did get the sense that the rep checked with someone on this. I don't think it was simply a canned response. Obviously... -

r1200, I've got a 1/20 dated car with a 642010 VIN. So, it might not be that your VIN is lower. The person at Tesla promised she'd follow up with me tonight so I'll post more if I hear anything. -

I have this same problem. Picked up a new P3D+ yesterday and it's stuck on 2019.35.106 f83b666. Called and texted with a service rep who was nice enough to try and update it. She sent an update but the update was actually the same version the car came with. She then said version 2019.35.106...
