Yes I’ve had the same experience, it really depends on whom you speak with and what mood they are in I suppose. May be try phoning a different service centre. The best of luck anyway.

Has anyone ordered through Lease Plan and got their VIN from Tesla yet? I ordered a M3 SR+ blue/black 27/11/19. I got my RN on the same day but since then nothing from Tesla or Lease Plan.

It looks like the planned ETA has been updated to 23:00 this evening.
