Can you call the delivery center you were assigned to when you initially ordered? You should have gotten an email with a (READ ME) subject and select option for new vehicle delivery on the prompt.

Yes this was the case for me. Home delivery wasn't an option for me when I ordered but then when I got my text that delivery is scheduled, my home address was shown in on the reservation page and rep confirmed home delivery.

How was the build quality on the ones you saw there?

Typically I’ve seen the 28 days as just a generic placeholder. Hopefully yours updates to an upcoming EDD soon!

For me possibly due to being a home delivery or being in CA, they just scheduled for me for home delivery. I received a text the next day saying your car will be delivered Tuesday.

I just chatted with someone on their website and asked if they could switch my financing from cash to self arranged and they were able to do it instantly. I don’t have an SA assigned to me either but you could also just call the SC as well

For me, VIN assigned yesterday. I changed all my financing to 3rd party. Then this morning I got a text from Tesla saying they scheduled my delivery date for me already for this Tuesday. Yeah after I posted this I got a text from Tesla saying my delivery date has been set for me from 12-4pm...

I’m currently in my EDD range for the 3rd time this month and most likely will have my EDD changed soon again. Wondering if a change is in the works as many are speculating

June order here still waiting on a VIN. It seems like I’m an outlier as we are seeing more July order dates receive their VINs but the reports have been scarce after EOQ

Day 115 no EDD changes for me yet. Hoping this wait pays off and we’ll be hearing about 2022 VINs coming off the lot soon .

You have almost the same build as me so hopefully this is true! With the upcoming decrease of the clean rebate hoping to get the car this month. The sweet spot would be if we could get the 2022 VIN build also!

Didn’t see many VINs being reported today, looks like we have 1 more day for possible VIN assignment for a 9/30 delivery. Otherwise for me wouldn’t be too bad waiting a bit longer for a 2022 VIN based on previous trends.

Wow definitely the oldest order now that I’ve seen. I shall join you in Inner Peace . OD and profile completed 6/15 and checked with Tesla to make sure everything is good and they said all good to go.

Definitely gonna be checking my order page frequently these next few days too. I was planning to go through DCU and then rate match through Tesla and it will be difficult to get everything done quickly in 1-2 days if I do get my VIN for delivery for EOQ.

No updates from me, just checked the dates and I’m actually at day 103. EDD still 10/01-10/21

No changes in EDD for me. Officially part of the 100 day club, as the famous saying goes - Inner Peace.

No VIN updates for me yet, at this point waiting a few more weeks isn’t too bad for a 2022 model year just for possible higher resale value down the road.
