It would be pro rata so you would pay a bit of BIK at the old 16% rate but only for a little while, as I imagine the car would of come in mid/late March. But if that’s what you were trying to avoid then yes wait til April

From what I’m told, if you’ve told them to delay past March. The next ships come over to UK are June. I don’t understand delaying until April, you would only have to pay BIK for a very small amount of time til new tax year anyway

I would be very careful not to change my destination. Like you say logistics will be in place. I will post what Tesla say tomorrow. My expected date still says “-“ which doesn’t fill my confidence for a March delivery.
