USB thumb drives no longer recognized

Same configuration as yours, USB stick does not work, Sentry mode on the other USB works fine

Hello, After 12.5 Update I cannot play music from USB stic as cannot be foud. Tried switch places and using different stic, no luck, Phoned Tesla 2 days ago, no luck ... any thoughts ?
