    It is next to a gas station. Might be a requirement. I have not seen any in other super chargers nearby.

    Looks like it is waiting on inspection. To install a Time of Use meter in Thornton by Xcel energy it took 60 days. No wonder a commercial establishment need to wait on Xcel Energy or power provider for longer period of time, even with well ahead planning.
