    How many PCS have failed?

After several failed attempts to get a Service Request Appointment - Submit button to show on iPhone and/or iPad running iOS 15.5, used an old Android Samsung Note with identical appointment info and got Submit button & request immediately. Anyway service center responded quickly and confirmed...

    How many PCS have failed?

We’ll probably be joining the failed PCS club. June 2018 LR 3 build w/ < 25k miles, almost all charging @ home via mobile charger @ 240v / 24a (30a circuit). Tonight got dreaded PCS_a019 error for all attempts to charge > 16a. Will report then visit my local known/good destination charger to...

Dog Chewed Rear Door - replace or repair

I’d say replace both your dog and the inside door trim. Don’t see how either could be fixed. For the door panel you could contact service and get a price. Or maybe get one off the bay and DIY.

    HVAC Cooling Performance Degraded

2018 LR M3 w/only 21k miles - While I don’t notice the behavior Sziehr described, I do have the problem others did: when car is warm/hot, climate set to AUTO, the car now takes forever to bring down temp to setpoint. The symptom is the fan speed doesn’t raise above 3 when first getting in. It...

    Rodent damage

Just an FYI about my efforts... My squirrels are too smart & crafty. 3 mins off was too long apparently. Maybe it went like this: Rocky: "Hey Skippy how do we stop this annoying light that comes on once in a while?" Skippy: "Give me a boost & I'll close my eyes while I chew its off its wire..."

    Zero Mile club

Just an FYI FWIW... IMO and that of an ICE mechanic I sometimes use, there's at least a few reasons to give cars a run every week or so, especially those kept outside: * To scrub surface rust off brake discs... Mechanic said one reason we had more trouble w/little-used Armada brakes was...

    Rodent damage

I'd not been watching this thread & see you went with RatMat I ref'd Feb 21. Nice! That seems like a great, if expensive, solution. Of course less $$$$ than continually repairing rodent damage. Will be nice to hear your longer term experiences w/RatMat. Two ICE cars we leave outside...

    Rodent damage

Sounds like a good plan to me & yep critters like warm in colder weather. Maybe your ultrasonic repeller would work alone? The problem is a failed test could be expensive (again). My reservation WRT always-on LED under car is that, though it would repel some critters it might attract others...

    Rodent damage

Somewhat active on other forums, just joined here. Here's my experiences combating rodents in vehicles outside. The only things I found to work against them are frequent use or light. ICE-related experiences: Have a little-used truck outside used for towing & one winter critters decided to...
