AC Thump every ~20 seconds?

HVAC Pumping/Jammed Sound
I got out of my car today and noticed a new horrible sound coming from the frunk area: I can only describe it as the HVAC system struggling to "pump" or a grinding/jammed sound. The sound stops when I turn off the climate control, so I left it off. I'm just curious if anybody else has had... -

Premium Connectivity
I just want to say that I have the same issue and I'm also in Canada. I had premium connectivity features on the day I picked up the car (1 week ago) and the next day they were gone. Also no option to subscribe to premium.- Ericology
