If they get delayed even for the duration it wouldnt be a disaster as we'd have cars we cant use if the lock down becomes extreme. No point paying for something we can even drive...

Its probably why it moved and anchored off UK shores. More likely to get the cars delivered from its current position. If it can get them onto dry land even better. Either way they arent far. I can wait a bit longer under the circumstances...

Thank you everyone who has the background info. I ordered 6/2 so can only hope/pray that its been applied for as above. I had my finances all lined up for this and dont like last minute surprises! There are a load of panic merchants on facebook right now who need the reassurance of this knowledge!

I’m crossing my fingers but frankly I don’t have my hopes high, I’m sure I’ve heard talk of the grant only being applied for at registration.

I suppose the only way to rationalise this is to think I’ve saved money on road tax but paid more up front for the car. pity when it’s a matter of days till I get the thing so pulling £3500 out of thin air at this point should be interesting.

to Say this is annoying is the understatement of the century. Id like to find a positive way to look at this- Tesla may take the hit? May not affect cars already ordered? But sadly I just don’t believe it. Had I known this when I ordered I would probably not have gone performance.
