Not for nothing, but I've had this same auto pilot. Sometimes it slows down, sometimes it doesn't. I figured it was just my lack of understanding of the system but it doesn't engender a lot of trust and frankly it's keeping me away from FSD. I haven't had an interaction with the support yet...
