I had similar issue with Tusker. Try phoning Tesla's general delivery team and ask if the approval has been received from Zenith to proceed with delivery. I discovered that the approval for the car had been sent from Tusker and that somewhere in Tesla it had been lost. 2 phone calls later, I had...- Lizko

After multiple calls to Tusker, Tesla and Tesla Direct, miscommunication admitted to by Tesla, and delivery (M3P, white with black interior) confirmed by email for 17/3/20. Now for the next hurdle- charging point with OLEV grant- Lizko

How did you manage to get in touch with Tesla Direct? I have ordered, through Tusker , supposed a 'stock ' car on 18/2/20. So far I have a RN number and a VIN (since 4/3/20) but no news regarding delivery. Both Tusker and Tesla gen customer service have said it is all up to Tesla direct! But no...- Lizko
