    Where is my V5?

    I have the same issue. Picked up my m3 on 16th March. Car is company owned (my own company) but I am the registered keeper. The V5 has not turned up at my work or home address.     Luxury Car Tax RIP - Budget 2020

    It reads as cars registered up-to 31 March 2025 but it doesn't specify a start date. I would say that means all existing ZEVs on the road at the moment and all registered in the next five years. The same way a change to the VED rates for non-ZEVs apply to all existing cars too.
