Sorry but the last drop to 365 is not relevant. As you can see on my Teslafi chart it differs by 10km. You first have to do at minimum 2 or 3 more charging sessions before you should believe the 365km. Only my 2 cent.

Sorry but in my opinion this is only evident if you have done several charging sessions with a warm battery. If I am charging slow (11kW) with a cold battery I also have a lower nominal full pack compared with charging a warm battery or with 22kW (which is also warming the battery). Please see...

May I ask you to go to a supercharger with a warm battery and charge to 100% and check the charging power in kW and also the min and max voltages of your cells if you are close to 100% ? My car is on this level only charging with 0...1kW and if the first cell reaches 4.201V the charging stops...

Only during charging it was up to 4.3V. Not after finishing the charging.

Small Correction: By the way it will be nearly Impossible to really restore it fully, because before May 2019 Tesla charged with up to 4,3Volt per cell and now they really keep the 4.200 extremly precise. So for me it is clear why it takes so extremly long for the last 10% SOC. My mistake...

No my supercharging is still slow. I am fighting with my SC to restore this also. My supercharging is not so worse than some are describing it here, but for long trips it is no pleasure. Hello Adrian, I had the same issue after getting my battery exchanged. After some discussions with my SC and sending them the attached picture they have uncapped my battery to the typical 365km range. Good luck !
