In my case they refunded VISA card which was expired in 2019. Also bank account (VISA card issuer) was also closed in 2019 so I specifically warned Tesla to use different bank account for the refund (and it was confirmed by the support), but they did send refund on wrong (closed) account

I have never received refund as Tesla send it on wrong bank account and do not reply emails since then
Does anyone experience this when updating from RWD to AWD?
Purchase Price = $0 and even if Update Design button is active there is no was to proceed when you not aware of purchase price
Did Tesla not allowing to update to AWD online?
