Model Y LR RWD is dead, configuration update required by 12/16
In my case they refunded VISA card which was expired in 2019. Also bank account (VISA card issuer) was also closed in 2019 so I specifically warned Tesla to use different bank account for the refund (and it was confirmed by the support), but they did send refund on wrong (closed) account Bank...- harumscarum

Is there any phone number with responsive support? I have never received refund as Tesla send it on wrong bank account and do not reply emails since then- harumscarum

RWD LR Order?
Does anyone experience this when updating from RWD to AWD? Purchase Price = $0 and even if Update Design button is active there is no was to proceed when you not aware of purchase price Did Tesla not allowing to update to AWD online?- harumscarum
