Yes, maybe wait until all is back up to full speed and then work with customer service to get the situation rectified. I find it funny that Elon complains about apple software updates (i fully agree with him on this) and Tesla purchasing software seems to be a bit buggy.

I had to call a Tesla delivery center and speak to someone several times when the steps i had completed reappeared as not complete. I have to say they worked it out quickly.
