Good afternoon. I had the same issues suddenly not being able to access our MY via the app. I’ve ALWAYS had a VPN so I’m not sure why it suddenly caused an issue. But I turned it off and I was finally able to log back in to the app. Thank you!!

I’m usually in bed or on our comfy Lovesac sofa when we update. The latter was true for 2020.16.3. You mean I have to try to sit in the car for one of these??
