Supposedly there is going to be a prepaid FedEx envelope in the car with the paperwork and the credit card keys. I wasn’t sure if this was something new they were doing to beat the quarter end or was a response to coronavirus.- Greekca

Has anyone gone through a drop off delivery? I got a text saying my car is going to be dropped off at my apartment building and that I don’t have to be present but do have to access the car within 12 hours. This seems counter to lots of other people’s experiences. Not really sure how I get to...- Greekca
