i ordered in dec 2019 but have nothing past the insurance info... wonder whats the selection criteria for deliveries

Anyone else in same boat.. I dont understand how people are taking deliveries within a few weeks of ordering .. what is the criteria for fulfillment ?

hi, 12/8/2019 - First order date ( FSD , white ext , black int ) 3/1/2020 - changed to AWD , LR Last week - website changed to asking details and then so far nothing..
