My appointment is next week so I hope that a new battery will resolve this. Going forward every 2-1/2 year battery replacements for me

Hope I never need to do this. ( was just done under warranty). If so don’t think a 3rd party shop would be worth any perceived savings.

I had this error. You need to do a hard reboot. Change the size of wheels inmenu to force it. Took it in for service and further diagnostic at larger SC. Rear drive inverter ordered No loaners available just Uber credits which are useless for me. Keep a spare car for times like this

Assuming you have full coverage would this be treated as if you had hit the deer proper and suffered body and glass damage? Put the claim in. Also if this was on a State road you might have other avenues available in court

What I have long wondered about the new rear casting and use of battery as integrally structural. Would this preclude battery replacement ? Increase labor for replacement? Would this become a throw away vehicle with replacement at end of life financially infeasible?
