    Cybertruck staying full size

Yea that would be too tight of a fit unfortunately. 1 inch is not a lot of wiggle room for parking, not to mention door opening for the sideways dimensions. Personally, I like my vehicles to be covered now that I've been spoiled by owing a house w/ garage for 3 years. Is there any possibility...

Who is planning to hold off buying cybertruck for months after official release?

Using an estimator and data from another website. Not sure if i can link it here. Cybertruck reservation order number -- how to tell your place in line Your order numbers is just a sequential number, starting at about 112744100 (the number that reservations began). So subtract that from your...

    Which cybertruck did you preorder?

FSD might work someday in areas with good road markings with defined edges. However here in Wisconsin, lane markings are often faded since they're painted on so we can plow, roads might have crumbled edges, etc. It makes all lane assist systems i've tried so far unreliable. Honda Civic, Toyota...

Will the cybertruck be able to haul motorcycles in the bed.

You could also use a hitch carrier. I take my Sv650 to the track usually in my trailer, however this hitch carrier works great. I've carried my FJ09 with it too. But either way, cybertruck bed should work for you.

There are tons people out there with motorcycles in 5 foot beds. You'll easily fit in the Cybertruck. Anybody hauled a motorcycle in their tacoma?

Even in the US, Toyota Tacoma still reigns supreme in terms of sales for midsize pickups.

Blog Watch: New Clips from Jay Leno’s Cybertruck Test Drive

Yup, so about 2 inches longer than the F150 Supercrew 5.5' bed, and 10 inches shorter than the 6.5 bed. Identical width.

Blog Watch: New Clips from Jay Leno’s Cybertruck Test Drive

The full "episode" was maybe 2 minutes longer than the preview. nothing new, except we now know the code for the boring tunnel elevator. We do get a glimpse of the underside.

Jay Leno’s Garage features the Cybertruck

Ones like these that roll up, this one allegedly does 500lbs distributed. Was going to buy one when I got a Tundra, but didn't want to lose the bed space. RetraxPRO MX - Matte Finish| Retrax Retractable Truck Bed Cover

Jay Leno’s Garage features the Cybertruck

Tonneau covers that can be stood on are nothing new, but it's nice to see that it appears standard equipment on the cybertruck. A few companies make them that support up to 500lbs on top.

    Who has ordered?

According to Electrek, that video was taken before Elon stated 3%, so since 3% is the more recent number, i'd go with that. Either way, I don't care, my garage is 24' long and can easily fit a 6.5 bed and crew cab :)

Blog Is the Cyberquad a Prop or a Product?

I love the idea of electric off road vehicles, mostly due to noise complaints in some areas. I know electric dirtbikes are increasing in popularity. You'd be able to operate off road courses much closer to populated areas without people complaining (despite most of the time knowing full well...

Are you talking about replacing the external body panels with plastic and keeping a steel or other crumple zone?

Jay Leno’s Garage features the Cybertruck

Yea they make this, but it'd likely be an expensive feature. Mclaren MSO put it on one of their cars. McLaren has an electrochromic glass roof to fix the 570GT's solar issue Personally, i hate sunlight from above since it isn't blocked by my sunglasses. I'd likely just tint the roof with a...

Jay Leno’s Garage features the Cybertruck

Those seats look like they'll fit my 6'3" perfectly. I hope the leg angle is comfortable too. I prefer a 80-90 degree angle when i can, like when i sit in an office chair. Mostly only pickups offer those positions. My 4runner is not like that, and uncomfortable after 45 minutes.

    Solar Panel Option

Nice video explanation. After factoring in my commute, and the 15 miles per day for solar roof, i would only save about $123 a year. So if the solar roof option was very cheap, then i'd definitely get it, let's say under $1000, and figuring i keep the vehicle for 10 years. But any more than...

    Who has ordered?

Just got my order in and registered here. I'm fine with the wait, as we need to buy a hybrid minivan first and it looks like Toyota is coming out with a new hybrid sienna later this year. I'll keep rocking my 2002 4runner til Cybertruck time.
