With Tesla, I don't see how you can get it upfront.... you have to place the order through the app after delivery...

That's because you have to order them after delivery - anything that's part of the lease needs to be on your delivery invoice. You can always pay for the towbar/accel after delivery - but it won't be part of the lease.

Install Tesla VIN finder and go check your order status on the Tesla page...

I got allocated a VIN this evening - November 14th order, M3 RWD in White with 19" wheels :)

I'm getting a 32A single phase socket installed next week so that I'm ready, I don't even have a VIN yet :)

Thanks! There's nothing intrinsically wrong with our current ZB Commodore - but it will be out of warranty in August 2023, so I figured it was time to organise a replacement. After driving a Model 3 on Friday, getting back in the ZB felt like stepping back 50 years ;)

They do for a base M3 - if you add the 19" sports wheels - they say it isn't available (in SA at least).
