    It's funny that you ask that, because a day before it happens, I had to manually (force from app) close the car! I guess it's a mix of a bad 12v battery and a bug in 2020.12.5

    Hi, Day3 (conclusion): my car is ready. It's apparently a bug in the software, my car thought I was inside when I was not there, so ventilation, radio, etc was on until the car died. FYI I am on 2020.12.5 and it's an SR+. edit: ... and they change the 12v battery also. Thank you

    Day 2 update: it's a small update, but Tesla Montréal is telling that they are waiting for a diagnostic from Fremont! it can take a day or 10 days :) they are giving me a car during that time! edit (typo, thx user212_nr)

    the teflon skates were used only to put my car on the flat bed or platform tow truck!? (english is my second language :) )

    No, it was dead, impossible to enter the car. Even when the tow truck driver hooked his battery booster I was only able to enter the car and nothing else, the screen was black. He had to put some sort of teflon skates under my rear wheels because the e-brake was still active.

    Hi, so my car was towed yesterday to our closest (only) service center in Montreal because it's completely dead. I know it was almost fully charged on Saturday, but when I looked at the app on Sunday, it did not connect and it was showing 0KM residual. Road service told me they had to tow it, a...
