They were also very strict about my delivery. It's wild a company can ask you to wire them $60k in one swoop but not be flexible on what day of the week you pick up your car. Product > service, and the disparity is only growing.

I did my ceramic coat the day after delivery, didn't want to take any chances. Think they do a full clean right before applying, anyway. From what I could tell, the paint job on mine from the factory was pretty good.
