I thought I noticed bollards being put in on a site north of Hwy58 in east Bakersfield. So I check for a permit, that is how I found these permits. I have since passed through that area and cannot identify the site. I must have been imagining the site.😁

This will need to be moved. I think this is a permit for a supercharger located near Hwy 46 and I5.

Could it be a lack of internet? If the power is there and the electrical system has passed inspection, Tesla should have turned it on already. I went to a place 4 miles west of here yesterday and to get internet they have to pay $200 a month. It is wireless. Rural areas don't have the same...

Tesla has a new permit for a megapack install at this site. Hopefully the site will be turned on before the batteries are installed. The first permit probably failed for arc fault protection, ground fault requirements or the open conduits into high voltage switching gear. That is my supposition.

I will visit this site in a week or two and post update photos.

This spot is located just north of Bravo Farms on the west side of the road. You can see the barn on Goggle maps. I drive in this area all the time...this is great.
