Doesn't respond to touch. No updates done. Rebooting does not fix it. I'm now shifting using the buttons near the charger. Ghosting on the screen. Any thought?

I went for service yesterday for unrelated issues (headlights and seats) and while on my drive home the autopilot won't engage (autosteer not available). Reboot didn't help, can't get service as my old service is still on the app. Any ideas?
