I have that vinegar / wet dog smell in my MY. Strong enough that my son commented on how bad it smelled. Did anyone get theirs fixed by Tesla?

My iPhone X in its otterbox case can be a little finicky as far as getting into a location where it will charge. I have to move it a bit, but eventually it will start charging.

Finally got an update for my service appointment. My middle seat was slashed in the back and I pointed that out to the sales agent on my delivery day. I got the estimate and it lists $400+ in cost to get it fixed. I don’t want to pre-approve the estimate because they should fix the issue...

I'll have to try again. The first time navigating the automated response system I did not successfully choose an option that put me through to a live person. Appreciate the response.

I picked my up on Sunday as well and it had a rip/gash in the back of the middle seat. Scheduled the appointment for next week. Have you gotten an estimate on how long its going to take to get any of your issues fixed?
