This happens to me about once ever 2 weeks. iPhone 11pro max. phone in front pocket. If i pull the phone out and tilt it up to wake the screen, then the door will open. My guess is tesla app has gone inactive in background, or maybe bluetooth is sleeping.

I also picked up my MY in Decatur on 6/17. I had a great experience and the person helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had as good an experience as one could expect from Tesla. You can't get hold of anyone there by phone and they don't reply to texts very well...
