Anyone else have their emblems removed/lost at the Service Center?
Yep, I had some paint work done after pick up. The hatch/trunk emblems were all removed and missing at pick up. It ended up working out for me though since Concours did the chrome delete and used their emblems, and I was going to debadge the 'Dual Motor'. So it saved me a step, but it would...- fixer0ne

Is the insane lack of email responses/customer service I am experiencing common?
My experience with Tesla advisors has not been too bad. It does take a few attempts to get a hold of someone, but the real issue I had was with the online shop/store support. I don't think I have found any evidence so far that emails to their order support has ever gotten a reply other than...- fixer0ne
