Is it possible they could use trains over ships?

I suspect they prioritise the American market at the end of the quarter since these cars won't have to be shipped as far. It means they can deliver cars locally while other cars ship to other continents and they will all count in the same quarter. Nice drawing ;)

I saw the AQUARIUS ACE on another webcam. It didn't have Teslas on board.

It seems like AQUARIUS ACE is on it's way from Zeebrugge to Drammen, Norway. ETA 16:00 Aug 28th. Any insights on whether it could be carrying Teslas, @Mr Miserable?

I received a call from a guy at Tesla. I asked him specifically if my car would go by road from Belgium to Norway and he replied "no, by boat." Maybe he doesn't have a clue, but it could be worth factoring in. He didn't say which ship my car is on, though, other than it's out there on its way.

For what it's worth I think this is it: Boats No signs of any of the GLOVIS ships nor any coming from Zeebrugge ("Fra havn" column).

Is there any indication she will continue to Norway? Any other indications of boats coming this way?

Have anybody actually been able to spot a VIN on the order status page? Seems like everybody get their VINs by contacting Tesla?

What does this mean in practice? I suppose worst case it could cause the ship to sink, however that sounds unlikely. Will she have to slow down? Go to port and wait? Change course?

I ordered a Model 3 about two weeks ago and have been following this thread and Marine Traffic intensely the last few days. Is it possible to make any qualified guesses about when to expect it to ship from SF? How often does Tesla send ships to EU?
