Suspension Clearances for Wider / Taller tires

Sorry if this has already been addressed here. My MYP is lowered (MPP Coilovers) and it's time to replace the tires on the Uberturbines. Does anyone have experience with a lowered Y with larger than stock tire specs for 21"?

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

So, thought I might be pushing my luck by installing a front spoiler. Prior to install, twice I’ve slightly scraped the driver side of the lowest part of the front bumper (the parts that slopes down in front of the tires). Actually, my brother is responsible for one of those scrapes. It’s been...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

CC: @Barrygold My current front/rear hub-fender distance is 385mm/395mm Per MPP, the lowest recommended setting for front/rear hub-fender distance of 385mm. It can go lower, but it will get bumpier due to limited suspension travel.

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Thank you! So far no issues both driveways and parking lots. I should note that since I’ve had my Y I’ve always entered and exited at a slight slant. Not the best example, but no problems with my driveway on the left.

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Thank you for clearing this up! I think you’re right about the possibility of it being a little lower from the start. I’ll double check the hub-fender distance tomorrow

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Unfortunately I don't know the exact measurements on the coilovers. When I brought my car in for the installed I requested 1" drop from current height. If it helps, the hub-fender distance is 385mm front/rear MPP Initial settings: - Front 12/12 (compression/rebound clicks open from full...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

So after about 100+ miles I can say with certainty: the driving experience is completely transformed. As mentioned in my previous post, one of the first things I noticed was the absorption of road imperfections. While that is still a huge enjoyable improvement, I'm now enamored by the confidence...

    MountainPass Performance Comfort Coilovers

Just got them installed today with rear camber arms. Pulled over near the shop to snap a photo before it got dark. - Lowered 1" from MYP height - medium/soft setting Initial thoughts on the 20 mile drive home: It feels more planted and tight. The most immediate noticeable improvement is the...

    New Model Y Tail lights?

Same. I just chatted with a Diagnostic Technician from Burlingame. Confirmed: If you have the 4 connectors AND your MY was built before mid August, currently there is no configuration change available that will allow the new taillights to function properly. According to the tech, this issue is...

    New Model Y Tail lights?

I just got off the phone with Burlingame, CA Service Center. I explained the situation and he recommended I "submit through the app-- a tech advisor will reach out and can likely do it over air." I hope hope this is the case. I'll keep you guys updated

    New Model Y Tail lights?

Something else to note-- I only bought the BODYSIDE tail lights. They do not match the old trunk tail lights, the new ones are much brighter red.

    New Model Y Tail lights?

I tried flipping it, but upon further inspection, it can only go in one way. As a previous post stated, the connector needs to flip 180
