    Is it ok to let the UMC hang on the outlet ?

    As the title says. Can the weight of the UMC, if plugged in a 14 -50 receptacle, damage the cord or the receptacle ? It wouldn't be the whole UMC, just the box and the cord above it, and a about 2 or 3 feet of cord below it. thanks
