I have the same issue with my Model S that has only done 67,000 Very upsetting to buy a car that is suppose to last between 300-500k to be told in needs a new battery at 67,000 and it will cost almost £15,000!! Has anyone else experienced?

Hi there I can confirm the warranty is lost when moved to the uk. We imported two years ago and we were told by Tesla uk over the phone that there should be no issue but the warranty in uk is a Europe zone and they won’t change this.

I have just had the MCU replaced in the car and Tesla moved all the HK data across rather than update with UK. We have battled with them for 2 years to update to UK and you would think with a new MCU they would have just updated the region - 100% would not budge. If anyone out there can help us...

Hi there We imported our model S froM HK to UK last year. Like you say, we have replaced the SIm but Tesla has been unable to update so that we can use the sat NAV etc. Do you have any idea what should be done?
