MX17 - FalconWing Door weather stripping deteriorating - Not covered by Warranty
My 2017 MX has same problem. Deterioration is on section of falcon wing doors on roof. Seems like it's sub standard rubber being destroyed by sun. The rubber seals on my 1969 Mercedes are holding up a lot better. I agree that this should be covered.- bluepacific

Understand your frustration. I have had my MX for 3 years and have noticed rapidly declining CS. My last experience was so bad I am now considering leaving the Tesla brand and switching to one of the new European electric or hybrid cars. Is Tesla service deteriorating as they scale??
Without any doubt... YES. After MCU went dark on my Model X ( = no indicator, maps, AC, etc) I spent the following month having service appointments cancelled, on hold for hours, no access to a loaner (had to cover my own rental car) Really felt like nobody gave a damn. Killing the brand with poor service
Seems Tesla's service continues its downward spiral since your post. My Model X MCU failed, rendering car pretty much un-drivable. I have just had 4 weeks of being put on hold for 30 min at a time, having appointments cancelled, calls not returned, no loaner vehicle made available. Ultimately...- bluepacific
