I just called my SA to see for an update on the car status since I'm supposed to get it 09/19/2020 and he said the car was already in. So I took an appointment for tomorrow (17th)!

I was never able to get earlier delivery on an inventory car but... Original delivery date: 09/19/2020 Called SA today just to see where the car is and he said it arrived so my new delivery date is tomorrow (17th)!

Called SA today and told me Sept. 19 delivery still good to go. He gave me my VIN and some other info to set up insurance but nothing on order page regarding VIN yet.

SA not answering and all those Model 3s in inventory are now gone since yesterday night. I wonder if they were orders or actual inventory.

SA was not in today but should be in tomorrow. I'll update when I get more info!

My SC has a bunch of Model 3s that just came in inventory within the past 2 days. Wondering if they are just everyone's orders or not. One is the same config as mine I'm wondering if I can just take one of those.

Ah I see that makes sense. They're sort of equidistant for me but the Laval one is more spacious and the roads near tesla montreal are not the best lol.

Got a lease rate of 4.4%.

Yeah I had to call a few times throughout the day today to get a hold of someone.

The 5K federal is applied automatically and does not count towards the down payment. So it'd be 2.5k reservation fee and whatever else you put down at signing. I may have misread the 5K down minimum at signing but I'd suggest just contacting Tesla to confirm.

I was able to secure lease terms with a co-signer. Indeed you can not buy back after lease ends. The text that says you can on the site was copy pasted and a rep at Tesla confirmed they know it's an issue.

Due to my age and therefore lack of large loans of similar magnitude/credit history I was not able to sign the lease myself and had to get a co-signer. Options given were to either get a co-signer, finance the car myself instead of lease or do a cash buyout.

I was denied leasing but they need to get back to me on why exactly and what terms they can make for me to get approved. I'm fairly young but have a 820+ credit score. Will update back tomorrow most likely.

I just placed an order for a lease on the M3 SR+ this Thursday and submitted the lease application. Just waiting to hear back from them for the lease terms based on my application.

A little off topic to the subject of the thread but I too am interested in leasing because I may want to get a Y/other electric SUV down the line but would like to try out the 3 for now. Also wondering what the lease rate is and if it's already incorporated in the monthly lease price they're...

Curious to know if this is worth it. They don't mention the 8K or 3K available from QC/BC in their price (for the M3). Can that 8k/3k be potentially used for the down payment?
