Anyone know if the wildfire situation on the West Coast is affecting production/deliveries at all? It is pretty bad here in Washington but it is even worse in Oregon and California. Seeing photos coming out of the San Fran area this past week, I wonder if the Fremont factory is affected at all...

Seattle order on the same date 7/10: SR+, Pearl White/Black, 18" Aero. Latest text on 9/2 saying 2-4 weeks. Even with our early order placement, it looks like we will be at the very tail end of deliveries this quarter...

Also the in the Seattle area and received the same text this morning. I ordered on 7/10 (with a 4-8 week delivery estimate) so it will pretty much be close to a full quarter lag from order to delivery. I guess it really doesn't matter when you place your order as the quarterly delivery schedule...

That actually makes me super sad haha. I am just a little bit South of you over the border and that is the exact spec I ordered. I just passed week 7 mark since placing my order (7/10) with still no update on a VIN. It's a pretty rough wait here in Seattle.

I am going to have the paint protected ASAP. I agree with the above, I will be getting PPF from a local detailing shop that works on a lot of Tesla's. The package comes with a coating of Ceramic Pro as well though and they also actually send a guy from the shop down to meet you at your Delivery...

I will be picking mine up at the Bellevue location. I would imagine our cars would come up on the same truck though.

Definitely a bit surprising, especially since I cleared all the required tasks pretty early on and since my configuration is pretty much as standard as you can get. I'll provide updates on how it all plays out.
