It seems as if the front floor is always damp on the passenger and driver side.I have a 2016 Model S. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m having that issue now, I made an appointment in Charlotte NC, because my windshield wiper fluid stop working and this is what they sent me, see pic. What should I do and how do I know if I have the 3.0? I have had my Model S since 2016

Thank all you guys for the reply, actually you all are correct, I was able to reach Tesla and the max for my charger is 40A, so I can actually charge up to the 40A or lower, also if it’s charging at a rate that is to high, I was told that the car would automatically lower it to a safe limit...

When charging at home, what should the number with the A be? The picture attached has it at 34A. What should it be?

I have a 2016 Tesla Model S. It was wrapped when I purchased the car. I’m have major problems keeping static off of it. As soon as I wash it, it’s full of debris. What can I do to prevent this? Thanks
