Do any of you guys have issues with squeaking and rattling with your units? The newer one I got seems to be way more prone to making creaking noises as I'm driving and it's driving me crazy. I was thinking about using some wd40 or something in between the plastic bits to prevent rubbing.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same piece and have no idea where it goes either.

I'm in the same boat here with my 3 strikes, stuck on 10.5 and no indication of any updating coming through. The lack of communication and this punishment is incredibly annoying. **** Tesla customer service. I'm a longtime fanboy but I'm over the shitty treatment and the lack of proper support.

Are you able to opt back in and go through the driving score nonsense again?
