Tesla Energy spotted at the site working on the cabinets. Nothing yet on the meter and there was a Model 3 there. Couldn't tell if it was charging but it seemed like a worker's. Is this normal?

Sidenote: anyone have a definitive answer on if Standard Range Plus can charge at 250kw or not? I've heard conflicting statements and couldn't find anything definitive online. It doesn't really matter because I'll be able to test it soon, but it's been bugging me lol.

Don't think so. Feel free to dig around the permits again, but last I know no signs of construction yet. We'll be getting our Model 3 next Friday and live close by so I'll definitely be watching it though.

@MarcoRP I found the primary site plans for this Supercharger using the permit number you found (PLANS.pdf). With this, I was able to confirm this will be an 8-stall V3 Supercharger. Additionally, the document shows where the chargers will go and the plans were just reviewed on 8/13 and 8/17. I...
