Is Tesla service deteriorating as they scale??
FYI - I spoke to the service center and escalated this to the supervisor. Let's see if anything comes from it. Also FYI apparently they send out a survey after the service and that is where we need to provide feedback (good and bad) -

Thanks for the post y'all... I agree that for minor stuff the mobile service is actually pretty good. They did keep my car for 10 days this time without a loaner. They are clearly swamped. They are probably still better than others, but not by much. I agree they do need some viable competition... -
