    Interesting, what model is that? As I understand it, on my Tekonsha P3 I can configure how much relative power it should apply to the brakes when activated, but not a deceleration threshold at which to activate.

    I guess that's a good point, you could argue that for retaining control under heavy regen the trailer brakes should be used. Unfortunately the car doesn't control the amount of brake activation; that's the job of the brake controller. The car only gets to decide when to send the "braking" signal.

    Be aware! Missing Control Arm Nut: Potential Safety Issue

    Look closely at the photo. There are little dimple marks in a nearly complete circle around the hole. Looks to me like the nut was installed but fell off. Wouldn't be the first time a lock nut did that, even properly torqued.
