Anyone have any idea when the program will reopen? The chargeup website just says "summer 2021" Also it seems possible that a federal infrastructure bill may reintroduce credits for tesla, though it seems like it will have a hard time passing the house & senate. Not sure if its worth waiting...

NJBPU anticipates Phase Two will begin in summer 2021 and provide incentives at the time of purchase. **** me. thats what I get for not monitoring this thread for ~2 weeks. I was planning on commuting using the car. Hopefully I wont return to the office by the time they start the new phase...

Any updates? I too reached out to the charge up folks, but similar to other folks in this thread they referred me to the Board of utilities.

I was trying to wait for the heat pump to be added to the M3 before ordering anyway. I think it might be a safe bet to wait until October, to see how funding for Fy 21 pans out before going ahead with the order.

thanks for the response. Very informative! this might be a dumb question, but are we 100% sure that there will be a budget for the EV program in 2021? given the expected budget shortages caused by lower tax revenues ( due to COVID), is it possible that the state can not fund the program in 21?

So it seems like its too late if you haven't created an order on tesla.com yet, as it takes a few weeks for delivery. Correct? If we want to position ourselves for getting a rebate for 2021, we should wait to reserve a car in late november/early december?
