Mine was on standard, too. I do t know if you can control when updates become available to you, they just kind of appear. yes. The exact same thing happened to us 8 days ago. There was a software update that was released the next day (36.3) which seems to have fixed it. I did take it to the SC yesterday and they confirmed that it was a software issue that has been fixed. -
